Olympic Discovery Trail - Dry Creek Bridge News

The City Of Port Angeles is supporting an “at grade” crossing requiring about 240’ of bridge which will cost $300-500K for which the city is seeking grant funding.  The Elwha tribe will help with funding because the bridge will help support the crossing of Dry Creek by the tribe’s sewer line.  Peninsula Trails Coalition is offering $45-50K matching for grant funding thanks to some very generous donors.

The location of the proposed Olympic Discovery Trail - Dry Creek foot bridge is just East of the Kacee Road / Lower Elwha Road along the “railroad grade.”
